Retail Manager

About the role

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail Manager to our healthcare team in Baton Rouge. As a Retail Manager, you will assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensure the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensure the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)

• ServSafe Manager certification.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
