About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations, including customer service and inventory management.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize product flow and support sales.
- Engage with the community through store events and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
