Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations, including customer service and inventory management.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize product flow and support sales.
• Engage with the community through store events and initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in customer service and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
