Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate records of merchandise.
• Train and supervise team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$17.67 to $28.98 per hour.
