About the role

The Practice Manager at Henderson is responsible for overseeing production staff, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Aligns resources with projects to enhance efficiency and meet client expectations
• Manages employee performance and development
• Serves as hiring manager for production staff
• Supervises project execution and client service
• Maintains production systems and processes to meet client needs
• Manages client relationships and strategic contacts
• Assists in proposal generation and fee structure determination
• Ensures project drawings, specifications, and analyses meet quality and schedule requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business
• Eight or more years of relevant experience, including two years in personnel or project management
• Proven track record in developing and leading client-focused engineering teams
• Excellent motivation, team leading, and goal achievement skills
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards

Pay

Individual salaries may vary based on geographic cost of labor statistical differentials. For the Las Vegas location, the salary range is $108,360 - $162,540.

Schedule

This role may be either full-time or part-time, based on the needs of the practice.
