Requirements
- Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail management or a similar role
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
