Retail Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across all store operations, supporting store management and learning key processes.
• Assist with employee communication, discipline, and performance improvement.
• Engage in store departments, perform store walk-throughs, and support HR and pricing activities.
• Help with inventory control, receiving, stocking, and ecommerce support tasks.
• Support associate hiring, onboarding, and recognition programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Upon program completion, willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available).
