Retail Management Trainee

About the role

The role involves learning store operations, supporting management, and developing leadership skills to prepare for future store management positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a hands-on Retail Management Training Program, supporting store operations and management
• Assist with employee performance, disciplinary actions, and communication with staff
• Engage in various store departments, including merchandise receiving, inventory control, and pricing activities
• Conduct store walk-throughs and support HR processes and associate recruitment
• Contribute to support activities such as ecommerce shipping, stock management, and BOPUS

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion (relocation assistance available)
