Role: Retail Management Trainee, responsible for gaining comprehensive store operation experience through hands-on training and shadowing store management. Key Responsibilities Support store operations, assist in daily tasks, and participate in various store departments.Learn performance management, disciplinary procedures, and associate recognition programs.Perform store walk-throughs, support HR processes, and participate in pricing, inventory, and shipping activities.Contribute to associate hiring and support store support functions. Qualifications & Skills Retail or customer service experience preferred.Flexible to work nights and weekends.Passion for excellent customer service.Valid driver’s license required.Willingness to relocate upon program completion.
