About the role
Participate in a comprehensive Retail Management Training Program that offers hands-on experience in store operations.
Responsibilities
- Shadow and support store management
- Learn performance improvement techniques
- Communicate with staff and participate in associate recognition programs
- Perform various store associate duties
- Gain exposure to all store departments
- Conduct store walk-throughs
- Assist with HR processes
- Support pricing activities
- Help with inventory, merchandise receiving, and ecommerce operations
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Willingness to relocate upon completing the program
