Retail Management Trainee

We are seeking a Retail Management Trainee to participate in a comprehensive Management Training Program that offers hands-on experience in all store operations. Key responsibilities include shadowing and supporting store management, learning performance improvement techniques, communicating with staff, and fulfilling various associate roles across departments. Trainees will conduct store walk-throughs, engage in HR processes, assist with pricing activities, manage inventory, and participate in support functions such as receiving and stocking merchandise. Qualifications include retail or customer service experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Ideal candidates are passionate about excellent customer service and willing to relocate upon program completion. Compensation starts at $20.00/hr with weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr, and benefits such as medical coverage, paid holidays, associate discounts, leadership training, and a 401(K) plan are available.
