About the role

We are seeking a Retail Management Trainee to participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and support store management
• Learn performance improvement and disciplinary processes
• Communicate effectively with staff
• Engage in associate recognition initiatives
• Perform duties across various store departments
• Conduct store walk-throughs
• Understand HR procedures and training roles
• Participate in pricing and support activities like inventory control, receiving, and ecommerce fulfillment
• Assist in the interview process
• Develop leadership skills essential for management roles

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to relocate upon program completion (relocation assistance available)
