Role: Retail Management Trainee, focused on developing store leadership skills through hands-on training and operational support. Responsibilities Shadow, assist, and support store management in daily operationsLearn performance management, disciplinary actions, and communication with staffParticipate in associate recognition programs and fulfill various store associate dutiesGain familiarity with store departments, merchandise receiving, inventory control, and support activities such as ecommerce shippingPerform store walkthroughs and learn HR processes, including interviewing and training coordinationEngage in pricing activities like ad preparation and price adjustments Qualifications & Skills Retail or customer service experience preferredPassion for excellent customer serviceFlexibility to work nights and weekendsValid driver’s license requiredWillingness to relocate upon program completion (relocation assistance available) Key Duties: Participate in leadership training, support store operations, learn department functions, and develop skills necessary for store management roles.
