Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate liquidity, debt capacity, and restructuring scenarios.Analyze business plans, capital structures, and debt instruments across multiple industries.Design and assess restructuring strategies, including distressed M&A opportunities.Conduct valuation and scenario analyses for companies with stressed or distressed credit profiles.Prepare client-ready presentations and investment memos with clear, data-driven insights.Collaborate with stakeholders including boards, creditors, and management teams.Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and industry experts.Lead or support teams in executing complex engagements under tight deadlines.
