Associate, Restructuring
Job Overview
Cascadia is seeking an experienced Associate to join our newly formed Restructuring group.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting deal acquisition and transaction execution alongside the restructuring team
- Coordinating and assessing due diligence workflows and supporting documentation
- Building valuation models and financial analyses including LBOs, DCFs, liquidation analyses
- Creating pitch materials, CIMS, and management presentations
- Building marketing materials
- Identifying prospective buyers and investors along with target outreach lists
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in Restructuring or Special Situations M&A at an investment bank
- Experience managing, coaching and developing Analysts?
- Strong financial modeling, finance and accounting skills?
- Critical/strategic thinking and market orientation?
- Outstanding quantitative and technical skills?
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills?
- Team player?
- Strong client management/client service skills?
- Self-motivated, proactive work habits?
- FINRA Series 79 and 63?
- BA / BS degree in Finance or a related field with?demonstrated academic excellence

Pay
The base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $195,000. In addition to the base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Cascadia also offers a competitive benefits package which includes plans for Medical, Vision, Dental, Caregiver Leave, Life and AD&D, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance and Retirement Savings.
