Associate, Restructuring

Responsibilities
- Work closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process and create a lasting positive impact on the organization.
- Leverage your resourcefulness and independent judgment to help develop solutions to critical problems to improve an organization’s overall performance.
- Analyze company financial statements, prepare financial models, forecast cash flows, manage working capital, assess key business operational performance drivers, develop and sensitise business plans, develop/cleanse cost reduction initiatives and execution milestones, implement cash conservation guidelines and controls, prepare bankruptcy documents, conduct liquidation analyses, and present analyses and insights to a variety of audiences.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of work experience in corporate restructuring, investment or commercial banking, and/or consulting or corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus.
- BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical fields.
- Demonstrated progress toward professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), or Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
- Advanced proficiency utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to function well under pressure and work independently while understanding when to ask for guidance.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think through alternative solutions.
- Efficient business writer and effective communicator.

- Willingness to travel 100%.

Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
Pay
The salary range is $125,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
