Responsibilities
- Captures the appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards.
- Communicates with the Field Technicians and coordinates job priorities with Service Managers.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generates various reports.
- Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Excellent Customer Service skills are essential - must be comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $41,641.66 - $58,344.99
Schedule
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
