Role Overview
The position involves serving as a Full-time Flex Houseparent in a residential setting, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to approximately 8–13 students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship to students
- Managing household routines, student schedules, and overseeing household reporting
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Supporting budgeting and household management
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to certify for driving vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities
Key Duties & Benefits
