Residential Youth Caregiver - Full-Time

Role Overview

The position involves serving as a Full-time Flex Houseparent in a residential setting, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to approximately 8–13 students in a family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship to students
• Managing household routines, student schedules, and overseeing household reporting
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Supporting budgeting and household management

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to certify for driving vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
• Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities

Key Duties & Benefits
