Residential Youth Caregiver - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care and supervision in on-campus student homes for approximately 8–13 students.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision, mentorship, and emotional support
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events
• Leading devotions and attending Sunday Chapel with students
• Overseeing household budgeting and reporting

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify in driving student vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-modeling qualities
