Residential Youth Caregiver - Full-Time

About the Role

Seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in a residential educational environment, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a family-like setting for students.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to students.
• Manage household routines, student schedules, and oversee household reporting and budgeting.
• Administer medications, support student wellness, and plan recreational activities.
• Drive students to activities, lead devotions, and accompany students to Chapel services.
• Initially support various student homes with scheduled nine-day shifts, transitioning to live-in roles with consistent student groups.

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify as a driver.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
• Comfort with leading students in devotions and attending Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
• Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with pet restrictions.
