About the role
Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management
- Manage routines, student schedules, and administer medications
- Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational events
- Lead devotions, attend Sunday Chapel, and oversee household budgeting and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married couples of at least two years, both aged 27+
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading devotions and attending religious services
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions
