About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to provide direct care in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this role, you will supervise residents, promote recovery, and create a safe, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and support their treatment goals
- Serve as a positive role model
- Document observations and maintain accurate records
- Assist with medication management
- Help with daily activities like housekeeping, laundry, and meals
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preferably experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
