Responsibilities
- Support residents through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.
- Maintain a safe, structured environment and monitor resident progress.
- Assist with medication administration, daily living activities, and transportation.
- Document observations, support treatment plans, and respond to emergencies.
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
