About the role
The Adult Residential Support Professional provides direct care in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents in recovery, ensuring a safe and structured environment
- Encourage and serve as a positive role model
- Document observations and support treatment plans
- Assist with medication monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily activities
- Transport residents and facilitate educational and life-skills activities
- Respond to emergencies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional boundaries
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
