Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Schedule: Part-time | Every other weekend + 1-hour weekday staff meeting This role involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants. Responsibilities include providing supervision, positive role modeling, assisting with medication monitoring, completing documentation, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and supporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goals. The position requires responding to emergencies, transporting residents, collecting urine samples, and attending staff meetings and training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and a compassionate approach are essential. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record are required. Training such as DHS 83 is preferred or can be completed after hire. Some local travel may be necessary.
