About the role
We are seeking Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. In this part-time role, you will provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residents; assist with medication monitoring and documentation; prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support daily living skills; respond to emergencies and crises appropriately; transport residents to appointments and community resources; collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed; attend staff meetings; and complete required training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
- DHS 83 training preferred or post-hire
- Local travel approximately 25–50%
