Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Key Responsibilities Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents.Document behaviors and maintain records.Assist with housekeeping, supplies, and medication administration.Share updates with external partners while maintaining confidentiality.Respond to emergencies and support residents' treatment goals.Participate in training, attend meetings, and lead educational activities.Transport residents and support life skills development.Perform basic first aid and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; coursework in social work or related fields preferred.Previous experience in similar settings preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to follow directions, maintain boundaries, and work independently.Valid driver's license preferred; must pass motor vehicle checks.Basic computer skills; DHS 83 training preferred but required after hire. Physical & Work Environment: Able to stand, bend, walk, and work outdoors; community-based setting with moderate noise. Travel up to 50% for day trips.
