Overview

Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) located in Oconomowoc, WI. This role involves creating a safe, structured environment to support recovery, assisting with daily routines, and responding to emergencies, with a focus on fostering independence and accountability. Local travel may be required (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration according to policies
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and complete documentation
• Perform meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and required training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional

DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire.
