Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Schedule: Part-time, every other weekend, with a weekly staff meeting This role involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities include providing supervision, positive role modeling, assisting with medication management, maintaining confidential records, preparing meals, light housekeeping, supporting daily living skills, responding to emergencies, transporting residents, and conducting urine/breathalyzer tests. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining boundaries. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. DHS 83 training is preferred or can be completed after hire. Local travel may be necessary. Key duties: Support and supervise residents, assist with treatment goals, document records, manage medication, and ensure safety and well-being.
