Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Complete documentation and maintain confidential records
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional Info

Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hire. Local travel may be required (25–50%) based on program needs. This position offers an opportunity to support women in recovery within a trauma-informed, gender-specific environment, fostering independence and well-being.
