Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Location: Waukesha County, WI Responsibilities Provide care, support, and monitoring to residents in addiction and restorative justice programsSupport residents in achieving treatment goals and maintaining safetyDocument behaviors, maintain records, and communicate with external partnersAssist with housekeeping, medication administration, meal prep, transportation, and life skills teachingRespond to emergencies, lead educational activities, and perform basic first aidAttend staff meetings and training, and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; coursework toward a relevant degree preferredPrevious experience in similar settings preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to follow directions, work independently, and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license preferred; ability to pass motor vehicle checkBasic computer skills; effective verbal and written communicationPhysical ability for standing, walking, and outdoor activities Additional Requirements: Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred or required after hireWork in community-based residential setting with moderate noise levelsTravel up to 50% for day trips Perks include mileage reimbursement, paid time off, retirement contributions, annual raises, and employee support programs.
