Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Provide care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction and restorative justice programs. Support clients in achieving treatment goals, monitor behaviors, document records, assist with household tasks, administer medications, respond to emergencies, facilitate educational activities, and transport residents. Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with external partners. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; coursework toward a bachelor's in social work or related fields preferred. Prior experience in similar services is desirable. Skills include strong reading, writing, math, problem-solving, following directions, and teamwork. Valid driver's license preferred; must pass motor vehicle check. Certification in Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration preferred or required after hire. Skills & Requirements: Effective communication, basic computer proficiency, physical ability for active tasks, and adaptability to a community setting. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and handle crisis situations is essential. Some travel may be involved.
