About the role
Assist in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residents
- Assist with medication monitoring and administration
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies and crises appropriately
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
