Role: The Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Responsibilities include: Monitoring residents, documenting behaviors, assisting with housekeeping and supplies, administering medications, sharing updates with partners, responding to emergencies, supporting treatment goals, attending meetings and trainings, assisting with meals and life skills, transporting residents, collecting urine specimens, leading group activities, providing basic first aid, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in similar services preferred. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. A valid driver’s license and DHS 83 training are preferred and may be required. Skills & Requirements: Ability to follow directions, maintain professional boundaries, work independently, and handle physical demands such as standing, walking, and outdoor activities. Basic computer skills are necessary, along with effective verbal and written communication.
