Role Overview: An Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Key Responsibilities: Support and monitor residents, document behaviors, assist with housekeeping, administer medications, respond to emergencies, help residents achieve treatment goals, lead educational activities, and provide basic first aid. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience preferred. Strong reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills needed. Ability to follow directions, maintain professionalism, and work collaboratively. Certifications & Requirements: Valid driver’s license preferred; must pass motor vehicle check. DHS 83 training (or willingness to obtain) required. Effective communication and basic computer skills necessary. Physical ability to perform duties in a community setting is essential.
