About the role
This role involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and document behaviors
- Assist with housekeeping and supplies
- Administer medications
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies
- Lead educational activities
- Support life skills development
- Transport residents as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Relevant experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Certifications in first aid and medication administration are advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle checks recommended
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Physical stamina
- Ability to work independently in a community setting
