Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential records through documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond effectively to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments, meetings and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Information Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approx. 25–50%) Note: This role focuses on supporting residents' recovery in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential setting, ensuring safety, promoting independence, and assisting with daily routines and treatment compliance.
