About the role

This position is for weekend evenings (Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 12am) or weekend overnights (Friday night - Saturday morning & Saturday night - Sunday morning).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans.
  • Work via role modeling to develop socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children, OR;
  • An Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children, OR;
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.
