Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of resident treatment plans.
- Model socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents.
- Work under the supervision of the Program Manager.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children.
- Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree.
