Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to residents

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

  • Current licensure/certification in relevant field (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of community resources and services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills
