About the role

The Residential Specialist - Assessment & Diagnostic Program - Weekends (PT or PRN) provides support in a residential setting for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, implementing therapeutic interventions, and providing daily living skills training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and progress
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
• Provide daily living skills training and support

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident progress and interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Passing scores on pre-employment drug screening and background check
