Residential HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Review appointments and prepare insights
• Arrive on time with a smile, listen to homeowner’s goals, and walk the property to understand system choices
• Run heat load calculations, gather measurements, and present clear options
• Capture thorough CRM notes, follow up on leads, and complete post-installation reviews
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following company policies and management direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-home selling to residential customers
• Highly developed analytical thinking skills
• Warm, friendly communication style with strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
• Self-starter mentality with urgency, ownership, and drive
• Strong organization skills and detail orientation
• Personal integrity and professionalism at all times
• Availability for extended hours, evenings, and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to connect with all personality types
