About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You will play a key role in the conceptual development, scheduling, and successful implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
  • Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics.
  • Support business development through client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully. Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction sites, and loud environments.
  • Must be able to climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
