Responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from start to finish, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and requirements
- Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Project management
