About the role
MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults across 12 programs from York to Belfast. The Residential Care Worker supports residents' daily lives, helping them build skills, adhere to treatment plans, and foster community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma.
Responsibilities
- Support residents in their daily activities
- Help residents follow treatment plans
- Foster community connections to promote recovery and reduce stigma
- Work in a shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts
Requirements
- Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide within 1 year of hire
- Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) within one year of employment
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- Experience working in a residential setting preferred
