About the role

The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Support the therapeutic environment and promote client/resident well-being.

Requirements

  • Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide within 1 year of hire.
  • Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) within one year of employment.
  • Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Pay

The base range is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
