Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

About the role

Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women and mothers with infants up to 3 months old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily encouragement and monitor residents' well-being
• Administer medications and assist with meals, housekeeping, and daily tasks
• Document observations and respond to emergencies
• Support residents' treatment goals and facilitate life skills activities
• Transport residents and collect urine specimens
• Attend staff meetings and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in social work or related fields a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license required
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)

Schedule

• 2nd shift hours: 3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend
• Local travel within the community may be required (up to 50%)

Pay

$17.75/hour
