Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

About the role

Seeking compassionate professionals to support adults in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for substance use recovery, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily encouragement and monitor resident well-being
• Administer medications
• Assist with daily tasks
• Maintain confidentiality
• Respond to emergencies
• Support residents’ treatment goals
• Transport residents
• Facilitate activities
• Document interactions and progress
• Participate in crisis response
• Travel within the community (up to 50% of time)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)

Pay

$17.75/hour

Schedule

Primarily evening shift, including every other weekend.
