Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery, monitor well-being, document observations, administer or oversee medication, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, facilitate activities, transport residents, collect specimens, attend trainings, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or residential care preferred; coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; valid driver's license; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional info: The role involves local travel (up to 50%) and requires maintaining confidentiality while supporting residents in achieving treatment goals in a respectful environment.
