Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for assisting adult women recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential treatment setting. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery, monitor well-being, document observations, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, transport residents, facilitate educational activities, and attend trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work or related fields is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently are essential. Valid driver’s license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire. Additional info: May involve local travel (up to 50%). The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule, including every other weekend.
