About the role
Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women with substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily encouragement and monitor resident well-being
- Document observations and administer medications
- Assist with meals, housekeeping, and daily tasks
- Respond to emergencies and support treatment goals
- Transport residents and collect specimens
- Facilitate activities and attend trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in human services or behavioral health
- Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus
Skills
- Strong communication
- Problem-solving and teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- DHS 83 training (preferred; can be completed after hire)
Pay
$17.75/hour
Schedule
Second shift hours; local travel within the community may be required.
